Twisted Sister - Stewart Creek

Headwaters of Stewart Creek - Easy slope of the Rocky Mountains

Climbing Conditions

Climbed Twisted Sister today in 5 pitches. No ice on the first pitch, so bring a bit of rock gear (small cams/wires) and climb the groove to the left (5.7). After that 3 pitches of grade 2 and a final long pitch of grade 3. Route is in good shape and nice now because there is barely any snow up there. We wore avalanche gear just in case, but there are only isolated pockets of wind slab here and there. Good place to go before there is much of an avalanche hazard.
