Parks Canada will be conducting avalanche control Saturday Feb 11 on highway 1 in the Field area and highway 93S around Mt Simpson. Intermittent highway closure's will be in place through the day. We ask people to avoid recreating on Mt Field, Mt Stephens and Mt Dennis in the Field area as well as Mt Simpson on HWY 93S.
