Climbing Conditions

The trail in has several trees across at the practice slopes, river crossings are easy. Snow is encountered around 1500m, it froze over night and travel was great. No crampons needed. We followed the Moraine up high and crossed under Sir Donald. The climbing was clean, with snow found on ledges. Boot skiing/butt sliding down the couloir was great and travel across the flats to the campground was easy, we were descending by 11 am and found some isothermal moments. Overall pretty great travel and climbing conditions
